what else could be wrong with my air pod if one isn't working?

I've tried the troubleshooting efforts listed on the site and my right airpod is still not working properly. Very low volume.

Hello,

Low volume is a symptom of needing to be cleaned:

If no help, try this:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
