My MagSafe wallet is saying that it’s already set up in find my but doesn’t come up no matter how many times I forget the device and try again. Pls help. It was connected to a phone previously that I no longer have.

Try this: on a browser logon to iCloud.com and enter your Apple ID and password. Then click on Devices. If it is present, delete it and try again. Your old phone might be there too. Delete it and any other old devices that you aren't using.
