You can't synchronise earbuds with an iPod.
Not knowing what Oladance Wearable Stereo meant, I looked it up and frankly, I'm left bemused. Their use of the phrase Wearable Stereo suggests that the device is a self-contained unit, that stores music and has the ability to play that stored music as well. But, they're not, are they? They're earbuds and as such, they need to connect to a sound source, such as the iPod, that has the music stored on it.
That leads to the obvious question: does this set of earbuds use Bluetooth to connect to the (stereo) player, because the word Bluetooth is strangely missing from (or well hidden on) their website*.
For now, I'll assume that these earbuds use Bluetooth, in which case you need to use the Bluetooth feature on your iPod Touch to connect to them. You should be able to confirm this by reading the user manual that comes with the earbuds. I haven't read the manual so I don't know exactly what it says, but it will also tell you how to make the earbuds visible so that Bluetooth players such as your iPod can see it. Once you've made the earbuds visible, look on your iPod in Settings/Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on. Once it's on, look below the On button for the list OTHER DEVICES and select the Oladance from that list. That should be it.
Note that making the earbuds visible is usually only temporary; their visibility will be turned off:
Their promotional video does mention the word "algorithm" (at least three times) so they must be good, huh?
* (Update - I've found reference to Bluetooth, very well hidden though!)

If your head phones are hooked up to another device, you will have to turn off the bluetooth on that device. I use my Oladance with two different phones and that is what I have to do to change between them.
Thank you so much! Turning off one device allowed Oladance to sync with my Ipod

That's British sarcasm, in case you thought otherwise.
