When I squeeze the force sensor on my left airpod pro it will play the previous track when previously it would play/pause like it’s supposed too. This happened out of nowhere, and I did not do anything to cause the problem and I do not have the Apple warranty but it’s not my fault that this happened. What do I do?

Intentional Damage:
AppleCare does not cover intentional damage. And squeezing these would make these more vulnerable to failure. So, purchase new AirPods, and don't squeeze them.
You are supposed to squeeze it to pause and play your music, and to turn on noise cancellation and Siri. I would never intentionally squeeze my $250 AirPods with such force to break them. I am not hard on my things and I am very gentle with my expensive products therefore it is not intentional damage and I did not purposely ruin my AirPods. I also don’t think I should have to pay for something that I did not cause.
it is not intentional damage! You are supposed to squeeze it it says in on the instructions!
I have tried resetting them multiple times and am familiar with the steps to do it. But that has not worked.
