I was given a Watch and it’s asking for Apple ID and password which I don’t have how can I pair?
I don’t have Apple ID or password for Apple Watch how can I connect?

Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then recycle the watch and put it down as a bad experience.
