Why it doesn’t let me add a payment method to create a kid Apple ID?

Creating an Account for a Child payment not working I am trying to set up my kid an account and every time I try to add my payment method it just says try again later. I have tried creating his account on his iPad, my iPhone and my iMac. I get the same message. All devices are up to date.

Unable to create a child Apple ID Hi, I have trouble to create a child Apple ID. The system keeps telling me to make a payment method. And I allready did that. And still, I cannot create my childs apple ID, the system keeps telling me the same thing over and over. I did use iDeal, not a creditcard or paypall. Is that the problem? Hope you can help me! It didn’t show any error message. It was a little bit tricky. Then I read that I have to register a credit card into my account since I only had a debit card registered. It is my first time with Apple. Thank you :)
