Unable to create a child Apple ID

Hi,

I have trouble to create a child Apple ID.

The system keeps telling me to make a payment method. And I allready did that.

And still, I cannot create my childs apple ID, the system keeps telling me the same thing over and over.

I did use iDeal, not a creditcard or paypall. Is that the problem?

I have read other posts that indicated iDeal was rejected as a payment method.
