Will not let me download my deleted apps

If the apps are no longer offered on the App Store, this would be considered expected behavior.

If they are still available on the App Store, could you confirm what error/alert you receive when trying to re-download the apps? Were they previously purchased apps? Third party apps or Apple developed apps?
