My laptop will not accept a password. It just sits at the PW prompt and shakes when I enter it to tell me it’s wrong. I had the same problem last year. The Apple Store in Wellington Green fixed it but it never worked correctly after. Need a new password so I can access my computer.

Reset your Login Password:
Reset it Using the Login Screen...
