Can not update apple watch
Restarted to factory. Can’t update software Apple Watch and connect iPhone, how I get this solutions ?

For Apple Watch to pair with an iPhone you need
- To use your Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 8, you need to pair your Apple Watch with an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 15 or later. Setup assistants on your iPhone and Apple Watch work together to help you pair and set up your Apple Watch.

My watch series 2 and my iPhone ax max (Update 15.2.1 , on screen iPhone didn’t show update (my watch) and I have tried to pair together put passcode but can’t update and “unable to check update checking for software update failed because you are not connected to internet.”( just up version by wifi that find) and can’t on iPhone watch update, please help me for update. By the way on my watch can’t show all of icon (restart to factory, it need to pair with iPhone (can’t pair because after pair it show button start over and try again for update when I selects”try again that to show failed, if I select start over that to unpair …circle loop again, can’t update…please help me…

The apple watch 3 GPS only has only 8GB of internal storage, most of that is taken up by the operating system and other critical software with not much space left for the update.So installing or even pairing to an ios14 or ios15 phone is proving nearly impossible for just about all the watch 3 users on this forum.
The same applies to Apple watch 1 and 2 they are almost impossible to either pair or update with an ios 14 or ios15 phone.
Your best bet is to call in at an apple store and ask them to update it for you.
