Beats Fit Pro Noise Cancellation - can still hear my surroundings

I’m trying to figure out if I might have a defective pair of Beats Fit Pro buds. I have tried changing the tips for a better fit. I performed the fit test. The buds seem to fall out all the time. I’m finding I constantly pushing them back in (which is super annoying). But, even when I think I get a good seal and I have noice cancellation turned on, I can hear everything around me when I’m listening to a podcast or an audiobook. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

You did a great job checking out Beats Studio Buds and Beats Fit Pro Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode to ensure you're taking the right steps to use this feature. You also mentioned you've performed the steps in Use the Ear Tip Fit Test for your Beats Fit Pro. Being that you stated the ear tips still fall out even after trying different sized tips, it could be the cause of the issue you're experiencing with still hearing surrounding noises even with Noise Cancellation active.
