MacBook not playing sound even when connected to the speaker via Bluetooth? How do I solve it?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. Being able to play audio from your Mac is definitely important. It looks like you're having some issues doing so, and we're happy to help out.
For clarification, are you saying you don't have sound from either the internal speakers or Bluetooth?
Under System Preferences > Sound > Output, what do you see there?
Also, depending on the answers to the above, you might want to test multiple apps. This could help if it's specific to the Music app: If you have problems playing music on Mac
