My Apple Watch has been stolen

it looks as if someone is portraying to be me. I have a police report stating this Watch was stolen from my home and I’d like to know the details of filing this claim and where it’s being sent for the repair and then mailed to? This repair is not a claim that I made.. I have a police report with details of the Imei number of my Watch, the box it came in and police report number
