Clear money balance
Hello. I want to change app store country, but I can't, because first I need to spend money from my balance. I have $0.11 and need support help to clear my money balance.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
