Unable to find and download Rover Spy Tank app, previously had successfully downloaded app on devices in Australia. How to contact the developer of this app if app will not open in either iPhone or iPad?

13.5.1 update w covid app I refuse to update my software with the Covid tracking app. I understand you TELL me it won't track me unless I give permission, but how can I be sure down the road that won't change. You can make an app we can CHOOSE to download, but BIG BROTHER is not apple. Gates already went off the rails with his stuff don't let apple go down that road too. Get rid of the app in the update!
