I got my screen repaired and the Face ID still isn’t working, does that mean they didn’t repair it correctly?

iPhone 7, iOS 10

Screen replacement has nothing to do with the Face ID. You need to have the Face ID Sensor replaced by apple.

However, your iPhone model is shown as an iPhone 7. What is the model you are trying to fix?
