Apple Watch series 7 not taking charge since last 8.3 software update

Has anyone reading this had the same problem ?

If so I have just Googled “Apple Watch 8.4” and it seems like good news for anyone whom thought they had to buy a USB C Wall charger. This or having bought one are thinking they have to buy more of them because 1 is not enough.
