why aren’t my apps downloading after i transferred to a new phone

1. Ensure that your iPhone is connected to power and a Wi-Fi Network.
2. Tap on one of the apps that has not completely downloaded and see whether it gives you the option to either Pause or Resume the download. If you get the option to Pause the download, then choose it and then tap again and choose Resume. See whether this kickstarts the process again.

I had this same issue with my new iPhone 13. The only thing that worked was to delete YouTube then power down/back up. None of these other solutions worked for me. You can reinstall YouTube after everything else is finished loading. Read it in a thread somewhere. Worth a shot, right? Let me know if it works for you as well.

What happens when you tap on one of the pending apps? Do you get an option to Pause or Resume when you tap on a pending app?

If this is not working then you will need to get out of the transfer and start it again.
