MacBook Pro Mid 2014 EL CApitan OS
Sfari crashes right after start. I Tried Clean cash and history in safe mode. Dose not work
Also in Chrome i can not see any pictures on most Web sites. I have to extensions in any browsers.

You can try launching the Safari.app holding the Shift key—

Y0u can reinstall the macOS on top of of your existing macOS for fresh copy of the app.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN
all known to cause issues on the macOS

Safari quit on me 3 days ago and it still does not reload. All my biz fils and info and email etc are in Safari. How can I get it to load?
