Passcode reset

my I phone has software issue and visited to apple store and they restored new software . After that it is showing enter old passcode and it has only 4 digit option , before I have using a 6 digit passcode . I can’t enter my old 6 digit password and all my photos and data in iCloud pls help

Forgot old passcode and now can't access previous data. A couple months ago, I mistakenly changed my iPhone passcode from 4 to 6 digits and later forgot it and was locked out. I had to delete my iPhone and started over by installing from a back up. But now, I can't fully access some previous data or update properly across devices connected to my Apple ID unless I sign in with that previous 6 digit code first. What can I do? Im prompted to reset end to end encryption. what effect will that have? I don't mind loosing some data if it means I can keep my ID and update devices properly.

forgot my old 4 digit passcode? I had to reset my phone as i forgot my password, now i have reset my password for my apple account but when i want to continue setting up it wants my old apple passcode, which i also forgot after my accident!! How do i get my old 4 digit passcode?? As now i cant access my encrypted data??!!

PASSCODE HELP I forgot my 6 digit pin. I have set my phone up to do the factory rest but when i enter my icloud info to back up my photos it still wants my old passcode. Have i lost everything? and how do i get it to stop asking me for the passcode?

To erase the passcode you will need to restore the device. That will not affect any data you have in iCloud. See the instructions here, If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
