How long to charge MacBook Pro 2021

How long show the charging cable be kept in when the light is green? I was advised on earlier Mac that continuous charging at 100% would wear out the battery. Has this changed.

You can leave the computer plugged in whenever needed or convenient to do so. Leaving it plugged in will not damage the battery or the computer. The MacOS manages the computer's power/charging system very well without you trying to micromanage the system.
