iPhone XS Max microphone issues

I have this issues where the sound that my phone record no matter the app as long as it is using the microphone it plays back really distorted, to the point that you can’t even understand the audio at all. It even happens while wire headsets are connected to it, but it does not happen wit the AirPod pro. Ibhqve reset all audio seething and even factory settings I’ve pretty much done everything auggeated when it comes to Troubleshooting the issue. The phone is a 256g
