When the phone is connected to the car bluetooth and AirPods, each time I’m trying to record a voice message my iPhone prefers to record the voice from the car bt, what is absolutely not logical, because AirPod is in my ear and the sound from it is much better. Any ideas how to solve?
For incoming calls it prefers AirPods.

If the call is initiated from the Bluetooth connection in your car, it will continue the connection when leaving a voicemail. However, we recommend checking out the section "Bypass your Bluetooth device for calls" here: Set up and use Bluetooth accessories on iPhone
You can also use the Control Center on your device to quickly switch the Bluetooth connection depending on what you're looking to accomplish. If you use CarPlay check the section "Customize your settings for driving" here: Play music, podcasts, audiobooks, and news in your car

Calls are working correctly, preferred device is AirPods, and only voice messages in whatsapp, telegram, etc, are recording from the car microphone even just after having a call with AirPods. So the trouble is in preferred microphone source.
btw even my old samsung have an option to separate media and calls to different bluetooth devices ;)
