I do not have "Mail" in my settings

Need to remove mail address in outlook but "mail" is not in my settings menu

"mail" is not in my settings menu

Try this -> go to Settings -> scroll to Mail -> tap Accounts -> scroll & tap the email address you want to delete -> scroll down & tap Delete account.
