I can't send text messages to Android from iPhone

Why can I not send text messages to android users?

Because either you have no connection to your carrier’s network, you don’t have cellular data enabled, or your account with your carrier is not configured correctly. Messages to non-iPhones use SMS and MMS, which are carrier-managed features; SMS uses the voice channel, and MMS uses that plus cellular data. Neither can use Wi-Fi. So if your status line shows a carrier’s name and signal bars, and you have cellular data turned on, contact your carrier for assistance.
