Watch sensor burns

I am also getting burns from my watch, what are next steps with this? I spent alot on this watch and now I can't even wear it anymore.

Burn from Apple Watch looks like there is a software / hardware problem where the sensor is trying too hard to detect my heart rate and burnt my skin instead. I’m too scared to wear it now, and I bought it for the biometric sensors. Please help!
