Is there a balance adjustment on the flex. Left bud at 1/2 the volume of the right.

Hello,
Low volume is normally a symptom of needing to be cleaned.
Any balance adjustments can be made on the phone:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
