I Just bought the Powerbeats pro, and my right ear is working, but the left isn’t. What should I do?

only The right ear of my Powerbeats pro is working. I tried everything to get it working.

Contact Beats:

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.
