Instagram App is stuck on the white blueprint icon, when I delete and go back to the AppStore, it says open, and I keep tapping it, nothing happens, When I restart the phone, it's there again. Not getting uninstalled downloaded properly.

Instagram App is stuck on the white blueprint icon, when I delete and go back to the AppStore, it says open, and I keep tapping it, nothing happens, When I restart the phone, it's there again. Not getting uninstalled downloaded properly.

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.
