Wrong email suggestion

For the past several months my iPhone email has been giving me incorrect suggestions for email addresses when I start typing the name. There are a handful of addresses that I send emails to most frequently for work, but they don’t appear as the first suggestions anymore. For example, if one of my most frequent contacts is Susan Jones, I have to type susan.j before it will bring the address up as a suggestion. It used to be the first suggestion when I typed “s” in the To field. Now all the suggestions that show up when I type the first few letters are addresses that I don’t think I’ve ever mailed.
