Is there a way to have both fingerprint and passcode options in the lock screen?

Since it's been colder lately ive taken to wearing gloves, and it's made it difficult to unlock my phone while out and about. I can’t activate the passcode screen without going through the camera, and just pressing the home button doesnt do anything. Is there an easier way to go about this?
