Scanned documents have borders when exported to .pdf

Like on the picture when scanned I see them like that - properly:

After export to .pdf and opening like that - with that white border:

And that doesn't look good when I try to send this .pdf as attachment, for example:

Because everywhere is that white border. Any ideas?
