IPhone 8 sim locked

Hi... I bought a second hand iPhone from China to Namibia but the sim is locked can't use it here at Namibia network and it's not activating.

iPhone 11 Sim Unsupported in SA from USA I bought an Iphone11 in the USA & am now in South Africa. It says the Sim is locked & any sim I insert read , Sim Unsupported. I was promised it will work when in my country, SA. Please assist
