Disabling app store

I want to disable app store completely from my childs phone. I've gone into parental controls and removed "installing apps" which hides the app store icon, great. But it's still available in the iMessage bar. Which I haven't found a way to disable. What is the point of removing it from one area if it's still available in another?

Locking certain apps Is there a way to lock my text messaging app or other apps? My kids play with my phone and I don’t want them going through or into certain apps!! So I just need a few apps blocked

App Store will open from iMessage but they won't be able to download anything.

The "Get" will be greyed out.
