Flickering webcam video MacBook Pro 16" 2021

Hi - I have a new 16" MBP and in my office where there are LED lights the image flickers like crazy. My M1 13" MBP did not do this, nor does my phone or iPad. Is this a hardware fault with the MBP or a bug in the frame rate of the camera? It's reeeeeally annoying.
