Hello! Congrats on that new Watch. You can use an Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter, which is $19.00 on apple.com, or any USB-C port. If that doesn't work for you, you can get an Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable (1 m) on apple.com. That will be compatible with a normal USB-A Port.

I hope this helps!

You can use any USB-C port on a personal computer.

You can the USB-C charger from a recent Macbook Pro, iPhone, or iPad.

If you have an older Apple Watch, you can use the charging puck and power brick.

You can purchase any manufacture's USB-C charger from any vendor, such as Best Buy, Staples, Amazon, etc.... A 20watt or higher charger will enable Apple Watch Series 7 Fast Charging. But any size USB-C charger will do.

You can get a USB-C to USB-A adapter and use any USB-A port or charger (this will not enable Series 7 fast charging as the USB-A standards are limited on how much power they can provide).
