What does expiring date (15-4-2022) means in "Settings" for 3 months free Apple tv after I bought an iPad?
Is that means the expiring date to claim or that is the expiring date for 3 months free?

Only the Apple Support staff can verify the dates in their administration. Contact them if the difference between 90 and 93 days is crucial somehow.

I bought the iPad on January 12th, and activate it that day. So if users have 90 days to redeem, 15/4/2022 date in the expiring date shown on the Setting, I think, it is not 90 days.
