What does expiring date means in Settings for 3 months free Apple tv?

What does expiring date (15-4-2022) means in "Settings" for 3 months free Apple tv after I bought an iPad?

Is that means the expiring date to claim or that is the expiring date for 3 months free?

iPad, iPadOS 15

Ha, that must be a new notification, how helpful. Users have 90 days to redeem the offer, from device activation date. Then the extended free trial lasts for 3 months after redeeming.
