The auto response in driving focus doesn't work. IOS 15.2.1 on IPhone 12

I followed the process to add Driving focus and an auto reply. Tested it and it doesn't work. Is tis an IOS bug?

Check Settings>Messages>Allow Messages to Access and turn on the switch for Focus. That allows Focus to be able to send the message.

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Auto-Reply for Driving Focus.

Do you have the Auto-Reply set to No One, Recents, Favorites, or All Contacts?

If you change this selection to another option, do you notice the same issue?
