Citrix receiver ServiceRecords and ReceiverHelp file malware detection

I had exactly the same problem! (2 pop ups warning about 'ServiceRecords' and 'ReceiverHelp'). I had the two messages/pop up that I could not remove.

Resolution: Move those files to bin, uninstall Citrix receiver. These files for Citrix Receiver are old hence OS anti-malware s/w detects them as malware.

Install the full application "Citrix Workspace app 2201 for Mac" 268.6 MB which is updated. You will be able to work in Citrix, account add not required. Hope this helps.
