2009 macbook pro crashes and freezes randomly

i recently got a mid 09 MacBook pro however regardless of what i've tried it refuses to have any os installed on it (osx windows or linux) osx seems to install for a bit then crashes opening up the log then rebooting a few seconds later, windows has the same result. Linux seems to be hit or miss if it freezes or not. i've tried resetting pram/smc, using another pc to install windows and putting the snow leopard installer on a separate partition on the hdd. i do have the log file for the osx installer from last night

The only things you can control on this laptop are the drive, memory, and OS.

Is the laptop using a hard drive or an SSD? Not all SSDs are compatible with older Macs.

Does this laptop have the original Apple memory or a third party memory upgrade? If the latter, what is the make & model of the memory? Macs are very picky about the memory they use.

Is this a 15" or 17" model? If so, then you may have a GPU failure which is common with the 15" & 17" models.

Which version of macOS are you installing? If you are installing OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard, then install it from the retail DVD (not the gray label disc) instead of creating a bootable USB installer. Or create a bootable macOS 10.11 USB installer.

What Linux distribution did you try? The most Mac friendly out of the box are Linux Mint and one of the Ubuntu flavors such as Kubuntu or Ubuntu-MATE since they can also work on a computer with more limited resources.

Create a bootable Knoppix USB stick so you can attempt to check the health of the internal drive by using GSmartControl found on the "Start Menu --> System Tools". Post the complete health report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

You can try checking the memory by running Memtest86.

You can also try creating and running the Apple Diagnostics by creating a bootable Apple diagnostics USB stick:

i managed to get osx lion partially installed, it was able to make the recovery partition and the partition to finish installing osx lion after rebooting, ram showed errors when i tested it but it seems regardless of what ram i use it has issues and it doesnt like my 4gb stick of ram so all i had was 2gb sticks of ddr3. i tried lubuntu, linux mint, ubuntu 16.04 and a few others, it is a 13 inch mid 2009 macbook pro. it does not have the original memory as far as i'm aware and drive showed no issues, i had tried a few times to install el capitan however every time it asked me to sign into my apple id, i would do that and then it would just tell me the item is unavailable and to try again later. here is a log from every attempt made to install 10.6 and the picture is from when it tries to boot from the hdd to finish installing and setting up lion
