I am trying to upgrade my iPad from version 13.6 to version 15.2.1. I have over 20 GB of free storage, 100% battery, connected to Wi-Fi, and plugged in. It appears to download the version, and then goes into “preparing the upgrade“. Eventually it fails with an error message that only says it failed to update. Any suggestions? Thanks!
