Phone software

Couldn’t get iPhone X fixed during lockdown.but now I need it doing and am able to travel to a Genius Bar. Phone screen is randomly zooming in and not allowing me use top bar of the qwerty keyboard

Maybe zoom is turned on?

Turn off zoom in Settings, Accessibility, Zoom.

Or control it by double tapping with three fingers and drag the zoomed screen around with three fingers.

If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️

Okay no problem can we now make a problem an appointment at the Genius Bar in Solihull for Saturday please. Because I’m sure you can understand that this is an expensive phone and it needs sorting
