Memories video audio out of sync

having the same problem - one hacky workaround I found was to screenrecord w/ microphone enabled during the playback, before you export, while everything is still in sync. Not a perfect fix but worked well enough for me for the time being??

I have the same issue still. I have an iPad 6 and a iPhone 13 pro+ and it doesn’t work on either. I also think it’s something to do with the last few updates. It worked fine about a month ago but since I have tried a few different photos and new albums and none of them seem to work properly.

What generation do you have as it doesn't work on either my phone or ipad 🤦🏼‍♀️ Seems to be since the new update. I can no longer change the snippet of video it chooses either which is frustrating as the feature worked perfectly before and didn't need updating 😂 y

So frustrating. I can't seem to find any other app that creates one quite like they did without me spending hours I don't have putting it together and editing it. Hopefully Apple will recognise the error or their ways and send an update out to fix it 🤞🏼

Exactly the same problem. The memory video and audio is in sync when playing it within the photo app on a iPhone 11 running IOS 15.3.1 - When you save it to your photos, the audio on the videos included is out of sync and plays much later at the incorrect point. Very frustrating!!!

I have the same issue. I really like(d) the Photos app functionality to generate memory videos.

I hope Apple will fix this video audio lag issue soon.

One thought, could it be because I have iCloud Photos + Optimise iPhone Storage enabled? Because the problem started occurring after I enabled it (but it could also be pure coincidence).

Any updates on this issue? I’m now having the same problem with an album that I was not having the issue with weeks ago.
