I need to change my weak security to WPA3 Personal

It depends on your router. If you don't have instructions, do an internet search for your router brand/model or if you router was supplied by your internet service provider, check their support website.

Note that many routers do not have a WPA3 option; WPA2 AES will also remove the weak security warning.
