transfer of data to new iPhone 12
The side-by-side phone transfer seems to be taking all day. At what point do I remove the Sim card from the old phone and install it in the new phone?

Once you have reached the home screen on your new iPhone, the transfer is complete and you can follow the steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201337 to transfer the SIM card to your new iPhone.
