Apple Music through Verizon

I recently had to change my phone number and Apple ID. Both were used for my free Apple Music through Verizon. I was able to get the download link from Verizon with the number change but when I attempt to sign in, it says the account is being used by another Apple ID.

I need to know how to correct this and use my new Apple ID.

You’ll need to contact Verizon.
