Apple TV Subscription

We recently signed up for Apple TV under my husband's name and Apple ID. My new Iphone offers some free months of Apple TV. Can we add it under his subscription? Thanks.

No. The offer is for the first user of the new eligible Apple device. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts. Users (or Family Sharing groups) can claim the offer for an extended free trial to Apple TV+ just once. Current or previous subscribers may not get to see a redeem button.
