Unfortunately, iTunes ended support for Windows 7 and even 8 last year. At the Related Article link provided above your post, you could use the download links for Windows 8 to get iTunes 12.10.11.2, which was also the last version to work on Windows 7. However, if your iPhone has been upgraded to iOS 15, then no version that supported Windows 7 is going to solve your problem and you really need a PC running Windows 10 or 11 now.
