Cannot manage hide my email on Mac mini m1

I have iCloud+ subscription but as I click on system preferences - Apple ID - hide my email - options I get window with spinning wheel but after about 15sec it closes and nothing else, no window for managing appear. On my iPhone it is working but not on my Mac. I use the same Apple ID and this was working last Friday on Mac. Do you know where the problem could be? Thank you.

Try booting to Safe Mode. That boot up takes minutes and clears caches and other things that may resolve your problem.

How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems.

Also try toggling turning off and then back on the Hid my email box

I have tryed but the same problem is happening. Also trying to create new account, delete com.apple.systempreferences.plist, everything but the problem persist. I will wait till Monterey 12.2 update and see after the update if the problem persist and if it does I will reinstall macOS, I don't know what is happening. Lately I have installed Xcode command tools and home-brew with python 3 as I needed that to run one script to test it but I don't know if this could cause problems in system preferences. Also I cann go to energy saver from system preferences but if I go to Apple ID and then in iCloud settings I have Find my Mac with wake from network is off in energy saver and click on details I get the popup to open energy saver but after I click on that I get error Could not install (null) preferences pane.
