Do the artist who stream their music to Apple Music receive some type of payment when a person purchase their music from the tune store… and can the owner of the music download their own music for free

"Payment & Shipping" asking to download "Music" from "App Store". In: "Settings" / "Apple ID" / "Payment & Shipping" . This message pops up when I select "Payment & Shipping". It asks to download "Music" from "App Store". Just curious why. I haven't used "Music" app for anything.

When I include a streamed music selection does it cost receipant money? Does recepiant have to pay.
